Below is a list of our professional staff members and their areas of specialty:

K. Michie Harriss Dew, PhD

Sees adults, adolescents and children. Michie is a clinical psychologist who provides services for marital issues, family problems, parenting issues, children's behavioral problems, evaluations for ADD and ADHD, learning disabilities, developmental delays and acting out behaviors, depression, anxiety, panic disorders, etc. She also has specialized training in dealing with trauma, career counseling, and educational consulting. Michie also offers Christian counseling to those who request it.

Claire P. Huprich, LCSW, ACSW

Sees adults, adolescents, and children. Claire provides services for marital issues, family problems, depression, anxiety, parent/child conflict, ADD, ADHD, co-dependency, trauma recovery, and critical incident stress debriefing; and she offers Christian counseling to those who request it.

Stuart C. Hunt, PhD, LCSW, ACSW

Sees adults. Stuart provides services for marital and couples counseling, individual issues of anxiety, stress, mood disturbance, trauma recovery, gay and lesbian issues, including couples therapy and general adult issues.

 
 

 

Heather F. McCain, Psy.D.

Sees children, adolescents and adults. Heather is a clinical psychologist who provides individual counseling, couples counseling and psychological evaluations. She provides services for those experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, family of origin issues, LGBTQ issues and general adult issues. Special interests include college aged adults, anxiety disorders, women's issues and stage of life transitions.

Mary Lee Rembert, LCSW, ACSW

Sees adults, adolescents, and children. Mary Lee provides services for family problems, marital/couples issues, children's behavioral problems in the home or school setting, ADD, ADHD, depression, anxiety and panic disorders. She also works with families experiencing separation and divorce.

Sarah E. Gates, M.A.

    Sees Children, adolescents and families.  Sarah is a licensed psychological associate who provides counseling and psyychological evaluation services to children and adolescents individually and within the context of the family.  She has worked as a school psychologist in Canada and has extensive experience in the areas of learning disabilities, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, anxiety, oppositional defiant behaviors, aggression, developmental disabilities, and giftedness.  Furthermore, Sarah has a special interest in the assessment and treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorders.

Julie S. Marshall, MSW, LCSW

   Sees adults, adolescents, and children (8 and older).  Julie provides individual, family, and couples counseling.  She provides services for those experiencing family problems, marital/couples issues, depression, anxiety, domestic violence, sexual abuse, and general adult issues.
